Consider me officially shocked

Carlos, the host, was really good, providing thoughtful recommendations and early breakfasts for our excursions. The spacious Double Room was clean and well-equipped, and the location within walking distance of the pier was perfect. The rooftop kitchen and lounge area added a lovely touch to our family stay.

We had a brilliant a double room with balcony and good a/c, as for instance.

The location was nice, the staff were very amiable. There was a good restaurant, a shopping centre and a night market next door...

Highly Recommend for Couples!

Our room was spacious with large windows that opened up to a amazing view of the bay! The breakfast at the nearby cafe was excellent, I particularly enjoyed the fresh juices and the local-style dishes that were a treat.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still fair for what you get.

Clean hotel with genuinely helpful employees with an attentive manager. Location close enough to bars and restaurants, pier, tour guides and shopping centre, restaurants and the pier and the centre...

had real good stay during our visit. the staff were especially helpful and incredibly attentive and had a sense of humour. the restaurant served a good choice of meals for breakfast. the location was perfect and nice in the fantastic area. there were shopping malls and a night market around the hotel.

Water pressure inconsistent, noise from neighbors

Rooms spacious with large windows offering great views of the bay. Café on-site provided a handy breakfast option, and the communal kitchen allowed flexibility for meal prep.

Water pressure in the shower left much to be desired. Wi-Fi was adequate in public spaces but barely reached the room, which could be a hassle for anyone needing to get online.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View. The view over the port was very nice! The staff helped us find great local restaurants and gave us a free room upgrade. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we cooked a lot. Totally great experience!

The room was very clean and comfortable, showcasing lovely artwork and a nice balcony with a great view over the sea. I appreciated the shared kitchen for making breakfast, especially enjoying it on the balcony. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the marina and several attractions like Playa de los Alemanes and the Santa Cruz Fish Market.

All fine, but noise disturbances.

Clean, spacious Junior Suite with a balcony. Staff were very good, even preparing a lovely breakfast box for our early departure. The location was close to many attractions.

The sharp edges of the stone stairs might pose a risk for older guests. Improving that could enhance safety.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short stroll to the ferry and surrounded by shops and cafes. Carlos, and our room was spacious, equipped with everything we needed, including a lovely balcony with a calming view.

My wife says that a clothes drying rack would be great for families.

The location is unbeatable just a quick walk to the pier with a lovely balcony view overlooking the harbor. The owners are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The common area has a nice kitchen and lounge.
